Over the past few weeks, 30 year fixed rates on VA loans have plummeted. We are probably close to 50 year lows. The combination of:
much lower home prices in California than 4 years ago (in some cases lower than 5-7 years ago)
rock bottom low 30 year fixed VA loan interest …
