can’t go to my bookmarks or google on my t-mobile samsung gravity?

I am trying to go online as always and since yesterday I can’t go to google or my bookmarks or other websites I use. I took battery off for 30 min and 1 hour and that didn’t work, I turned phone off many times and nothing. Everytime I try to go there my phone turns off. please help!!
