Jugeared Jesus and his administration, among numerous and sundry other offenses, has:
1. ignored and side-stepped court orders involving BP imbroglio
2. Recess (not) appointments
3. Allowing Justice to thumb its nose at Congress
4. Allowing Fast & Furious to take place on his watch, and then silence on the obfuscation and dereliction taking place at DOJ
5. Overstepped his Constitutional authority by leaps and bounds with legislation through regulation, highly questionable executive orders, and other means…
Feel free to add to the list, this is just off of the top of my head

but it’ll never happen, Grover. Not a great idea, unless there is a Jugeared Administration left in 2014 AND the (R)s take the other side of Congress. Even then, it’s highly unlikely.
All that said, I believe mr. Norquist’s point, however awkwardly made, was that Ojesus will be guaranteeing a Republican majority if he lets the cuts expire in the fashion to which he referred.
