COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State’s President admits it’s been a tumultuous time for both he and his university.

“I think we stumbled out of the gate, and I was probably the first stumbler.” says Dr. Gordon Gee.

But Gee says Ohio State is “taking its medicine” and eager to learn from its mistakes.

Gee spoke to NBC4 Saturday following the Gator Bowl luncheon, as Ohio State prepares to play Florida Monday. It will be the Buckeyes’ final bowl game until at least 2013, as the NCAA imposed a bowl game ban for 2012 in its punishment for several rules violations in the OSU football program.

“I think we were disappointed but we’ve moved on, I think the NCAA is truly moving to a higher standard. We made a mistake and we’ve paid a dear price for it.” Gee said.

“I think because we were dealing with tattoos we didn’t really understand the seriousness of it, and then obviously we’ve all paid a high price since, no one more than Coach (Jim) Tressel. if he’d been more forthcoming and we as a university had been more diligent in making those kinds of inquiries we’d be in a different position. but I think after the tsunami came we performed very well.” Gee said.

The OSU president re-affirmed his support for Director of Athletics Gene Smith, who’s come under heavy criticism for not self-imposing a bowl ban this season.

“I think if we had self imposed a bowl ban, the NCAA still would have imposed a ban for next year because they wanted to impose their will on this issue… I think by not appealing and by doing what we’re doing right now, just moving foward was the right decision,” Gee said.

Gee, who is from Utah, spoke at length about his faith in new OSU coach and former Utah and Florida coach Urban Meyer.

”We’ll play well next year and we’ll move on to even higher ground the next year … He’s the only man I’ve ever met who’s as intense as I am,” Gee joked.

OSU's Gee Talks About University's Football Program

It’s not easy being a Bucs’ fan (trust me, I know) these days. Hell, if it wasn’t for our Super Bowl win all the way back in 2002, it would hard to remain a fan at all. But for some reason we continue to love and support this team, no matter how bad. It’s kind of like the Chicago Cubs; they haven’t won a World Series in over 100 years, yet, people in Chicago love them as if they were hanging up pennants like the Yankees.

If you haven’t heard already, Tampa Bay’s head coach Raheem Morris was fired early Monday morning after going on a 10-game losing streak after starting the year 4-2 and riding first place in the NFC South. After going 10-6 last season, there were extremely high expectations for the youngest team in the league, but they regressed quicker than they improved.

Guys like Josh Freeman (who many consider an elite QB) struggled throughout the year and dealt with a thumb injury, LeGarrette Blount wasn’t the rookie sensation that he was the previous year and fumbled almost every time he touched the ball, and Mike Williams caught the exact same amount of passes with 65, but hauled in only 771 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Far less than the 964 yards and 11 touchdowns during his rookie year.

In three years as the youngest head coach in the league, Morris went 17-31, but what do you expect when you come into an organization with absolutely nothing to work with on offense except 2 or 3 bright spots? not to mention Morris also ran the defense, which is nowhere near what it was during the late 90′s and early 2000′s when guys like Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks, and John Lynch were flying around the ball. Ronde Barber’s still there though, looking like he’s never aged a day.

Despite coming into a bad situation, Raheem had nothing but positive things to say:

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Glazer family for the opportunity they gave me to be the Head Coach of the Buccaneers,” Morris said in a statement his agent provided to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. “I was honored and blessed to have spent the majority of my coaching career with the same (class) organization. I grew up with the Bucs and I was fortunate enough to be part of a Super Bowl victory there.”

There were a number of things that went wrong this season, starting with Freeman. Josh threw 16 touchdowns vs. 22 interceptions after tossing 25 TD passes and being intercepted just six times in 2010. We also turned the ball over a league-leading 40 times, compared to 19 last season. Our defense wasn’t what it was, either. We dealt with injuries and threw in backup players that couldn’t fight their way out of a wet-paper bag, which resulted in league-high 494 points given up.

Tampa couldn’t win with a young coach, which means it’s time to bring in an establish veteran. a guy like Jeff Fisher — who has made it clear that he wants to make a return to coaching and would be the first guy the Bucs’ call because he’s the best available — would almost be a perfect fit with this young team. He’s been there, he’s done that. He’s been coaching teams when most of these guys weren’t even born yet or just walking around in diapers. He won 140 games and made it to the Super Bowl.

Despite of stating what Tampa needs, there are also things that the Glazer family (owners) should do, and that starts with general manager Mark Dominik. We need a real GM, someone who isn’t afraid to spend money to go after top-tier players in free agency and the draft. this is a guy who once re-signed Quincey Black over Barrett Ruud (who, at that time, was our leading tackler for four-straight years. Something only Derrick Brooks has done), when he should have addressed a rather weak safety and outside linebacking position.

The receivers are decent, but outside of Mike Williams, there really isn’t another go-to guy, which caused Williams to get double-teamed most of the season. so it certainly wouldn’t hurt to go after a veteran receiver who can make plays and go down field.

Barber, who’s been with the team since ’96 and has already contemplated retirement and fought to keep Morris’ coaching job, says things are a lot different:

“it seems like a long time ago. it seems like a lifetime ago, to be honest with you. It’s been a lifetime ago for a number of years. … it almost seems like a different career,” Barber said before the Atlanta game. “Lots changed since then. Our philosophy in the building. Definitely the way we play defense. It’s not the same.”

Barber is a straight-shooter and he’s seen it all, and in my eyes he’s a Hall of Fame player and arguably the most complete cornerback in NFL history, but if Tampa plans on making a return to playoff contention, a head coach is the least of their worries.

I think it’s safe to say that Barber won’t be returning and why should he? He’s 36 years old, did everything he possibly could for this team in 14 years, so why should he go out there and break his back for an unsure thing where players quit? It’s just not worth it anymore.

When the Buc’s bring in another coach, hopefully they won’t make the same mistake they did with Morris: Bringing in a guy into a bad situation and expecting him to win with almost nothing to work with, and then fire him because he didn’t bring you a Super Bowl.

Season one’s bachelor Alex Marshall chose Amanda Marsh in the final episode. Alex was unsure about this decision and the couple broke up because he kept in touch with Trista Rehn, runner-up, to the breaking point. Rehn went on to find love in the first season of The Bachelorette.

Season two’s Aaron Buerge picked Helene Eksterowicz. Buerge showed his love for her by paying for her engagement ring himself. The couple called it quits soon after the show and the ring was sold on eBay.
Following, season three’s heir to the Firestone fortune, Andrew Firestone selected Jen Schefft. Firestone was reluctant to commit and the two split shortly following the finale.

Trista Rehn’s reject, Bob Guiney, from The Bachelorette, got his time to shine in season four of The Bachelor. He chose Estella Gardinier as his lady. He did not propose, but instead used his fame from the show to forward his music career. The two ended their relationship.

In a quite unromantic season of them all, season five’s former Giants back-up quarterback Jesse Palmer chose beautiful Jessica Bowlin. instead of offering the woman a ring, he offered her a plan ticket. The couple did not last, no surprise there.

Season six is the first reported lasting relationship. Byron Velvick selected Mary Delgado. Delgado was arrested on domestic battery charge for punching Velvick in the face in 2007. Amazingly, the couple still carried on their wedding in 2008.

Season seven’s couple, Charlie O’Connell and Sarah Brice, was mostly drama-free in their break-up. there are conflicting reports floating around, but it is believed that this couple has split up.

The Bachelor Paris’s couple from season eight, ER doctor Travis Stork gave his final rose to kindergarten teacher Sarah Stone. They were both from Nashville, TN and, in fact, lived a few blocks away from each other. unfortunately, their relationship did not last. because they could not see each other until the last episode of The Bachelor airs, they blamed their break up on ABC. we thought it was going to be this great relationship, but. over time, when you’re not allowed to see someone, you grow apart. Had Sarah and I dated under ‘normal’ conditions, it definitely would have worked out, Stork said in an interview with TV Guide.

Lorenzo Borghese from The Bachelor season nine is another story. He gave his final rose to Jennifer Wilson. however, they too did not last. it is rumored that Borghese is now dating Sadie Murry, the rejected finalist.

Season ten’s Navy Lieutenant Andy Baldwin chose Tessa Horst after telling runner-up, Bevan, that she was the one. Baldwin proposed to Horst, but the couple postponed the engagement. it has been reported that they are no longer together.

Season eleven left final contestants Deanna and Jenni in tears. Brad Womack said he was in love with both beautiful women. After telling Jenni good-bye, the audience was lead to believe the ring in his jacket was for Deanna. Womack requested that the show’s producers fly Deanna’s father in for the finale. in the end, Womack told Deanna he wasn’t in love with her enough to marry her.

Season twelve’s Matt Grant chose Shayne Lamas. He proposed and the two moved in together. Grant apparently got cold feet and moved to an apartment of his own. They ended their relationship in July of 2008.

Justifiably or not, Jason Mesnick, from the latest season, lucky number thirteen, will always be remembered as the man who pulled the switcheroo on the After the Final Rose special of The Bachelor. After breaking it off with Melissa Rycroft, 25, a former Dallas Cowboy cheerleader, Mesnick proceeds to ask runner-up, Molly Malaney, 24, for another chance. Meanwhile, Rycroft just announced her engagement with Tye Strickland, an insurance agent.

It seems that love hasn’t been too kind to the bachelors so far, but that doesn’t mean things can’t change in season fourteen. want to take part in the drama? The search is on for the next Bachelor. do you have the looks, the charm, and the winning personality to find true love on the next season?

In order to be eligible, applicants must pass the Eligibility Requirements and complete the Nomination (when nominating someone else) or Application Form. with the application, they must also provide two snapshots and a three-minute video tape explaining why they want to be the Bachelor.

Oklahoma enjoys a rich, diverse history that is filled with many different cultures and resources that came together over the period of many years. The great region of Oklahoma officially became the 46th state on November 16, 1907.

Prior to this title, Oklahoma state history considered this area Indian territory, because it was considered home to the Osage and Quapaw tribes. When these tribes vacated the state, five other tribes moved in to take their place. these groups were known as the Civilized Tribes, because they boasted advanced systems of government and law enforcement.

The tribes included the Choctaw, Chickasaw, Cherokee, Creek and Seminole Indians. The five laid the groundwork for what would eventually become Oklahoma state history. unfortunately, when Oklahoma joined the union, the tribes were removed from the area.

One of the attractions of this region and a reason for its statehood was the discovery of oil in the land. it was during this oil boom that many Oklahoma cities were established including Tulsa, Ponca City, Bartlesville and Oklahoma City.

Today, Oklahoma City is the capital of Oklahoma. The name of the state comes from Choctaw words that mean red people, indicating the strong Native American origins in the region. Oklahoma still has one of the largest Native American populations in the country, and many of the current residents are descendants of the original Indian territory tribes.

The state offers plenty to residents and tourists alike, with a diverse population and combination of natural beauty and city conveniences. this beautiful state truly has something for everyone that crosses its borders including a rich Oklahoma state history.

Henrik Lundqvist and the New York Rangers trailed the Winter Classic 2-0 at one point in the second period, but aside from the 1:55 span where he allowed goals from Brayden Schenn and Claude Giroux, the league’s best goaltender on the East’s best team was just that on Monday afternoon.

It was evident all afternoon long that Lundqvist was on top of his game, and he made it look easy for most of the game. the Flyers outshot the Rangers just 36 to 33, but those numbers aren’t a complete indication of how the Flyers basically controlled the first 40 minutes of play.

Without Lundqvist coming up big throughout that stretch, the outcome could have been very different than the 3-2 Rangers win we saw on the scoreboard.

“He’s a big guy, he takes up a lot of space,” Flyers defenseman Braydon Coburn said after the game. “I don’t even think he sometimes saw those pucks coming in, but he’s got great positioning and it just hits him and that’s a credit to his technique.”

No save was bigger than his stop on a Danny Briere penalty shot with just 20 seconds remaining in the game. Briere was awarded the shot when Ryan McDonagh covered the puck in the crease, and any Flyer who had been on the ice had the opportunity to shoot. Head coach Peter Laviolette chose Briere, but the goaltender won the battle and sealed the two points for his team.

Thanks to Lundqvist, the Rangers have opened up a four point lead on the Flyers in both the Atlantic Division and Eastern Conference races.

Mobile Phone

by on January 3, 2012

An influential European committee known as the Council of Europe has ruled that cell phones and wireless internet connections pose a risk to human health and should subsequently be banned from schools. The committee concluded that immediate action was necessary to protect the children from the potential dangers, releasing a report that acts as a call to arms.

The decision comes after mounting evidence has linked mobile phones, in addition to electromagnetic fields, to a number of harsh health ailments. With such a powerful group calling for bans on harmful electronics, it is highly possible that it will not only become law in the European Union, but across the globe as well. In the committee’s report, parallels were drawn between mobile phones and previous items thought to be safe by the mainstream media community. The report warns against repeating mistakes that were made due to the slow medical recognition of toxic substances such as asbestos, tobacco smoking and lead in petrol.

Studies, along with the backing of many experts, have generated evidence that cell phones may be the asbestos of the future — the sleeping toxic health giant. going beyond mobile phones, the report also highlighted the dangers of common household electronics such as cordless telephones and baby monitors. Both pieces of technology rely on similar technology and have become commonplace among citizens of the EU and abroad. The report also discusses the numerous studies conducted on the health consequences of such technologies. In addition, a multinational study conducted by the World Health Organization found that heavy mobile phone usage significantly increases the risk of brain and salivary gland tumors.

Schools themselves are modernising greatly. My present school, for instance, is in the process of becoming an academy. this means that from September 2010 it will no longer be classed as a ‘school’, and by 2013 it hopes to have established completely new buildings. I am part of a group of students who have listened to the new plans, and I was impressed with the new technology being considered.

ideas such as giving each student a laptop and registering attendance online are being planned already. I think it is fantastic that schools are finally ‘getting with the times’ and are understanding the importance of ICT in education! Eventually I hope mobile phones will be looked upon I feel somehow enlightened by your article and without doubt technology has made a major contribution to the intejection of very interesting websites on mobile phones. I would also welcome the idea that students could illicit useful information from certain websites but in this instance I would suggest that new teaching strategies and guidelines must be be put into place to ensure that this venture could be undertaken sucessfully.

Teachers will find that the mobile phone is a useful tool within the classroom but they are are no longer funded for ,’continual Professional development’ and obviously more skills and training would be required in this area on how they could monitor the progress of their learners. Another key area I would like to put forward would be funding of these resources at this particular time when there are more and more goverment cuts in government funding. Would the parents of students 17 – 19 years of age in FE be liable to pay for the mobile phones and the upkeep at their own expenses on this innovation or a proposal for the government to consider? There are several wholesale accessories available at the market through the help of these distributors. These are available to consumers at lowest rates.

However, there is a thing that needs to be considered. It is the quantity of items that you need to purchase in order to avail the wholesale rate. If you are trying to buy a single piece of item, then forget about the rate. you will not be getting anything as such. however, if youare purchasing at bulk amount, then it is the lowest rates that you can avail. These stores are best for those who try to collect items for their business purpose on a bulk basis. almost every item like groceries, daily accessories, garments, etc. are available through this process.

However, at recent times there have been the presences of certain stores which are providing their customers with any sort of items at the WS rates. this may a newer marketing policy but the ultimate gainer is the customers. They are enjoying lowest price ranges of those products that are extremely expensive if bought from the retail stores. Say for example, Gold. Purchasing jewelries at WS rates is much more of an affordable option than trying to avail them from the retail stores. Similar can be said for the branded clothes, shoes, apparels, and other accessories.

to search for such shops and stores, it is always better to perform a careful surfing session while sitting before the computer and opening up the internet. Stalking on cell phone is a huge thing these days. It’s illegal, but that doesn’t keep people from doing it. People who stalk others will frequently call their homes, and they will breathe silently into the phone, without leaving any sort of message. Sexing is another big thing that is going on via cell phones, where teenagers are sent highly inappropriate pictures and are expected to return phone calls.

There are times when it is highly necessary to perform a reverse phone lookup on someone so you can get basic information about who is calling. If someone has called you repeatedly, for weeks on end, and has not given you the information, it is time that you perform a reverse phone lookup. There are many types of reverse phone lookup services available. Reverse phone lookup services are easy to use. All you must do is simply plug in the number and wait for results to gather information about the person who you are attempting to look up information on. once you have the phone number in hand, it is much easier to gain information about someone by using their phone number than by using their name.

There are many “John Smiths” in this world, so many that it is very difficult to know who is calling you by just the name. If you searched for John Smith you would get millions of results. It is the same way with Jane Doe. however, there is only one registered phone number with the number that you have and you are able to get results easily and accurately.

The research was expansive, involving 12,800 people in 13 countries between 2000 and 2004. The results were both accepted into a mainstream scientific journal and were also quite telling of the dangers associated with cell phone risk. this study, however, is but one of many studies linking mobile phone use to tumors. Research led by Dr Siegal Sadetzki, an epidemiologist at Gertner Institute, Chaim Sheba Medical Center, Israel, found that those who heavily use their cell phone had a 50% higher risk of developing a parotid tumor. A government study found similar abnormal brain responses with brain cell activity increasing just 50 minutes after being exposed to cell phone radiation.

The researchers discuss the fact that the effects of increase in brain activity are not known, which may lead to long-term consequences when it comes to cell phone use. While there may be controversy over the studied effects of cell phone use, one thing is for sure: the long-term effects of cell phones are frightening at the very least. It may take a decade or more, but the heavy usage of mobile phones may ignite a wave of cancer and tumors among citizens of the world. this epidemic may be coupled with the stinging regret that the world did not heed the warnings of many experts and all the studies highlighting the dangers of cell phone use.

Lea from listening to music, to taking and editing pictures of teachers, the young community have found various ways to misuse the new technology being made available to them in such small and compact mobile phones. obviously, anything that can disrupt learning, or teaching, cannot be accepted in a classroom environment and should be dealt with accordingly. It is my opinion that as technology advances at such a blistering pace, policies such as ‘mobile phones should be switched off and in your bag’, can be modified to benefit not only students, but teachers and schools alike.

As a student who has experienced some very rowdy and distracting classes, I know that mobile phones can cause huge distractions for not only students, but teachers as well. I am also aware that mobile phones can be a danger to the school environment; however I believe they can still have their benefits in the classroom. As a very proud owner of an Apple iPhone 3G, I could rave all day about the importance of my mobile phone. It keeps me in contact wherever I go, which not only gives me peace of mind, but also my parents! An argument I have never understood is that youngsters have become too reliant on their mobiles. Nowadays mobile phones can be as useful to people as a pencil and paper, and I have never come across an argument that adults have become too reliant on those! The ability to download ‘apps’ to phones such as the iPhone can also make it not only personalised, but useful for people in most situations.

from word processing software to a program that keeps an eye on the stock market, the range of potential uses can just not be argued with. for example, instead of waking up tired and grumpy, I use an advanced alarm clock to measure my sleeping patterns which also wakes me up when I am sleeping at my lightest. not entirely necessary, but this could still be beneficial to anybody!

It’s been nearly a week since Oklahoma State found itself left out of the national championship game by mere thousandths of a point.

And the bitterness continues.

Just not from the Cowboys.

Even though OSU fans are still riled up about the whole thing — click on a message board or a comment section, and the anti-BCS, anti-Alabama, anti-ESPN venom is obvious — the Cowboys themselves have taken a different path.

From those disappointing moments after the final BCS ranking were announced until now, the Cowboys have been nothing but gracious. They’ve never bashed the BCS. They’ve never cried foul. They’ve even, of all things, praised this whack-a-doo system.

“We … believe in the system,” Cowboy coach Mike Gundy said Sunday evening on ESPN only moments after the final rankings were announced. “For whatever reason, we came up a little bit short.”

The BCS hater in me wishes every coach would bash the system every chance he got.

But in truth, the Cowboys have done themselves good by taking the high road.

It started even before Gundy’s post-selection comments. When Reece Davis revealed that OSU was No. 3, the players gathered to watch ESPN’s selection show didn’t groan. Didn’t object. Didn’t holler.

There was only silence.

Now, I’m not saying there wasn’t a message in their silence. this is a program going to its first ever BCS bowl. this is a team that has reached never-before-seen heights. Finishing third in the BCS and going to the Fiesta Bowl is worth celebrating.

The fact that the Cowboys sat silently was a sign of their disappointment.

The Cowboys have never evoked the tragic events of the day of the Iowa State loss either. the plane crash that killed OSU women’s basketball coaches Kurt Budke and Miranda Serna weighed on the football team. No two ways around that. many football players regularly attend women’s basketball games, so they knew the coaches. many are also close with the women’s basketball players, so at the very least, they were concerned about their friends.

The Cowboys had to feel added pressure to beat the Cyclones, not just to keep their national title hopes alive but to give the Cowboy Nation something to feel good about, even if for a moment on that horrible day.

Still, neither a coach nor a player has ever played that card.

That modus operandi has continued in these days after the BCS announcement. there have been no outrageous tweets from players, no crazy statements from coaches.

Yes, they were disappointed, but they never let that emotion get the best of them.

Unlike Chris Petersen.

The Boise State coach lashed out at the BCS during a press conference Monday.

“The whole thing needs to be changed, there’s no question about it,” he said. “Everybody is just very tired of the BCS. I think that’s the bottom line. Everybody is frustrated. Everybody doesn’t really know what to do anymore. it doesn’t make sense to anybody. I don’t think anybody is happy anywhere.”

If those sound like the frustrated words of an aggravated man, well, that’s because they are and he is.

Four times in the past eight years, Petersen’s team has finished the regular season ranked in the top 10 only to be denied a BCS bowl. the latest snub sent a pair of two-loss teams, Virginia Tech (No. 11) and Michigan (No. 13), to the Sugar Bowl while one-loss Boise (No. 7) went to the Las Vegas Bowl.

Apparently, this was the last straw.

Petersen has not slammed the BCS before when the Broncos had been left out, but this week, he let the system have it.

“It just seems like each year,” he said, “it’s getting further and further away from anybody understanding what’s going on.”

Who knows? Gundy and the Cowboys might’ve reacted just like Pedersen had they been in the Broncos’ shoes, left out time and again.

Heck, the coaches and the players have every right to be angry. I suspect most of them were Sunday night as they listed to those talking heads on ESPN saying how much better and how much more deserving Alabama was than OSU.

Who wouldn’t get fired up by that?

But as representatives of the school and the program, the Cowboys have to differentiate between what they feel and what they say. they might want to blast the BCS to smithereens, but that does no good.

Truth is, that might actually hurt. even if what they’re saying is honest and thoughtful, it comes off as whining and complaining.

Just look at Petersen.

He’s always been thought of as a good guy, a stand-up coach. but now, after just one press conference, he’s being called out. Colin Cowherd, for one, ripped the coach on his ESPN radio show.

(Take it for what it’s worth, of course, since Cowherd’s paychecks say ESPN.)

Petersen and his Broncos now have a blemish.

Not so for Gundy and his Cowboys.

They handled this as well as could be imagined. they swallowed a bitter pill but refused to let it sour their words.

They rose above it on the high road.

Mt Rainier High School Soccer

by on January 3, 2012

Mt. Rainier High School Soccer team has been one of the most notable high school soccer teams in the United States. but first, before we discuss the successful soccer history of the school, there is must to understand the background of the school. Mount Rainier High School is located in Des Moines, Washington, a secondary school that is near Mount Rainier, thus having the name of the school. the school was established in1957. the school’s successful sports achievements have helped it gain nationwide recognition. Not only did the school produce Soccer success but in other sports as well. That just about says it all of their incredible physical education and training system.

Now on to the success of the school’s Soccer team. 3 straight AAA championships were captured by their boys’ soccer team during the late 80s. Their titles came from the years 1987 up to 1989. They also gained a championship trophy during 1991 while accomplishing a spectacular 13-game winning stretch. Just recently, the Mt. Rainier High School Soccer team gained second place during the year 2004. the boys’ soccer team accomplished being in the state tourney for five consecutive years. it was during 2001 up to 2005.

While the boys’ team looked pretty good in the records, the girls’ soccer team also performed well through the years. During 1984 and 1999, the girls’ team accomplished second place finishes. also, the girls’ team has become a constant state tournament participant. They have appeared in the state tourney seven out of eight years during the period of 1997 and 2004. All of these achievements reflect the excellence of the school and the competitiveness of their teams, especially in Soccer.

Stanford had a chance to win in regulation, but redshirt freshman Jordan Williamson hooked a 35-yard field goal wide left as time expired.

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott says he believes a team from the conference will be playing a football game in China "in the not too distant future." Scott says Stanford and Notre Dame would like to play in China as early as 2013. Scott said that might be too soon, based on information he gathered in a recent trip to Beijing. he says he plans to have further discussions on the subject with officials from Stanford and Notre Dame.

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Arizona’s Larry Fitzgerald made the spectacular catches that led to the Cardinals’ 23-20 overtime victory over Seattle despite a bruised lung.
