My friend Tom and I are planning on moving to England from America after college. we already have a friend who lives there who is a native. we have no idea where we want to move though. the friend from England is wanting to start a band, Tom is wanting to work in a music studio, and I want to become a photographer. I am about to leave for Florida with my high school marching band since we are going to be in the halftime show at the Outback Bowl at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. I think it has I mean so far in the start of June we had a little bit of rain and the other day Tuesday we had cold chilly day, I mean the weather don’t seem like it used to be no more, and tell you the truth this area I live in is weird now cause we never hardly get Tornadoes and we had one the other last weekend ago but we where behind the storm and all we got was Hail, Thunder, Lighting, Wind like crazy, and lots of Rain, and the Tornado was only a few streets away from us, and it was bad down there, it knocked some trees down and blew out a car dealer ship window, and etc…..

It was dark as shit that day to cause I was on the computer about to sign off and my room was getting dark and I had my blinds up I was like dang it’s going to be a storm and then it was like dark all of a sudden.
i am turning 16 in may. I just recently got into a car accident in april (09). the cop said it was a blind corner and a bad corner to start with me gave me the ticket. I was at fault. My car is fixable though. I have had a clean driving record up to this point. which i got my permit when i was 14 years old, so i have driven with a clean record for 1.5 years until today. I completed drivers ed with an A. I am in honors classes for school and am very responsible. I live in Iowa. I think the rule is that you can apply for the intermmediate license (16 years old) if you have had 6 months free of accident or violations. I was one month away. I was wondering if the DOT make exceptions in certain sitautions? Am i still able to get my license on may birthday or do i have to wait 6 months to get mine?
